O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to remove the Petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the respondents in H.S.No.246/2013 on the file of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 02.05.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the same by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only on the basis of the FIR registered in Crime No.741 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent police station, the history sheet was opened in respect of the petitioner. 2/4

Now it is pending before the Sessions Court. It was foisted against the petitioner only due to the election motive.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December, 2023. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
