ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent are neighbours, that since there arose dispute between the parties and consequent quarrels, 3 FIR came to be registered and that subsequently the fifth respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and on that basis, CSR No.442 of 2024 came to be registered and at enquiry, after coming to know that there existed property dispute between the parties, they have closed the complaint.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
