It is stated that survey was already conducted. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, the petitioner can always file a civil suit to establish his rights.

2. Granting such liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court if he is aggrieved, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
