ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.209 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent Police and to include all the offences committed by the accused, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.10.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.209 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and that the investigation is pending.

3. Since the investigation is pending, the question of ordering further investigation does not arise at all. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
