ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Mr.V.Nirmal Kumar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself. 2.The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal/representation of the petitioners, dated 23.06.2022, within a time frame.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing of the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners claim that they have moved the authority concerned by an appeal, a representation alone has been submitted and hence, he seeks liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate appeal before the authority concerned. 2/4

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as and when the petitioners file an appeal before the authority concerned, the same would be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the abovesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate appeal before the authority concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
