ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 29.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.27170 of 1/4

2023, wherein the third respondent herein was directed to pass orders on receipt of the enquiry report.

2.Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a typed set of papers. Perusal of the typed set of papers filed by the respondent clearly reveals that so far, the enquiry has not been completed and the petitioner has made a request on 04.09.2024 for changing the Enquiry Officer, which has been acceded to by the Government and the Government Order has been passed on 12.11.2024 appointing another Enquiry Officer. In such circumstances, the respondent herein, who is the disciplinary authority cannot be found fault with for not passing final orders. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 22.11.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No ta 2/4
