PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.843 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.09.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(2) of IPC and Section 25(1)(a) of Arms Act in Crime No.843 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 05.09.2023 at about 08.30 p.m., when the 1/3

defacto complainant was standing near Kathiravan complex, Arappalayam DD Road, Madurai, the accused persons came there and demanded money from him and also threatened him by showing sickle and knife and committed robbery of Rs.3,600/- from him. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 06.09.2023 and hence, he prayed for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent objected to grant bail stating that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy element and he is having 9 previous cases.
