ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 5 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent within the stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation is in progress and seeks two month time to complete the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court preferably within a period of two month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
