2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the cases in Crime Nos.238 and 239 of 2022 are case and case in counter and that after completion of investigation in both the cases, final reports have been filed as 'mistake of fact' and that RCS notices were also served on the respective defacto complainants. In this regard, he also produced the copies of the final reports before this Court. 3.The learned Counsels appearing for the private respondents in both the petitions have raised their objections.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
