PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelvli to complete the trial expeditiously in DVC No.1 of 2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli to complete the trial expeditiously in DVC No.1 of 2018

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is appearing before the trial court and the respondents are not regularly appearing before the trial court and he would also submit that the case is of the year 2018.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli to dispose the case pending in DVC No.1 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
