ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that notice of enquiry had been issued and a date for enquiry is also fixed.
2. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. However, the respondents are directed to conclude the enquiry and pass orders within a period of one month. No costs.
