ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The impugned order has no legal consequence as such. It is only a peace committee meeting. As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, the first respondent has merely called upon the parties to abide by the terms of the order dated 27.07.2023 made in W.P(MD)Nos.28048 of 2022 and 7678 of 2023. It appears that the petitioner herein has filed Writ Appeal against the said order. If that be so, the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the order to be passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. There is no need to interfere with the impugned order for the present. In any event, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has clarified that the petitioner can very well participate in the function like any other devotee.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition stands dismissed. 2/4
