Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time for complying 1/3

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to deposit 50% remaining amount (ie) a sum of Rs.4,34,520/- on or before 05.11.2024.
