Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue relieving order on there of her superannuation on 31.03.2020 with all attendant and retirement benefits. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Veera Kathiravan AAG Assisted by 2/5

Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran AGP, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.K.Kannan, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "On 02.09.2024, the Writ Appeal came to be dismissed with a direction to the appellants to comply with the order of the learned Single Judge passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.6322 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, within a period of eight weeks.

2. In the present application, the appellants have sought for extension of time for complying with the final orders passed in the Writ Appeal. In consideration of this application, we had granted further time to the appellants to comply with the order and accordingly, the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance' today.

3. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants produced copies of the letter of the appellant Corporation dated 07.01.2025, informing this Court that the terminal benefits to the tune of Rs.4,61,232/-, which includes the increment arrears, gratuity and leave encashment, have been settled to the respondent through Demand Drafts dated 11.11.2024, for a sum of Rs.97,808/- and 08.01.2025, for a sum of Rs.3,63,424/-. 3/5

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also ratifies that the entire terminal benefits have been settled in line with the final orders passed in the Writ Appeal.

5. The submissions made by both the learned Additional Advocate General and the learned counsel for the respondent are hereby recorded. In view of the same, no further orders are required. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed."
