O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22249 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the petitioner had been permitted to complete the work and that the Kumbabishegam had also taken place. Although the learned counsel for the petitioner complained that the order was not complied with within the prescribed time frame which may amount to violation of the order. Now that, the order had been permitted to be complied with, I do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
