ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.171 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanthapuram District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner as the plaintiff has filed the above said suit in O.S.No. 171 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanthapuram District for the relief of injunction restraining the respondent herein from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property along with an application in I.A.No.2 of 2024 by seeking the relief of ad interim injunction and temporary injunction. He would further submit that the respondent is trying to take the possession illegally by way of lodging a false complaint before the Kenikkarai Police Station and further he is prolonging the Interlocutory Application for preventing the petitioner from getting order from the Court and hence, he seeks early disposal of the said Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.171 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ramanthapuram District.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and 2/4

circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice a ddirection may be issued to the learned District Munsif, Ramanthapuram District to dispose the said Interlocutory Application as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ramanthapuram District to dispose of the I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.171 of 2024 pending on his file within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
