Prayer in SA(MD) No.491 of 2009:

To set aside the decree and the judgment dated 12.05.2009 rendred in A.S.No.17 of 2007 on the file of the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court No.I), Tuticorin, reversing the decree and the judgment dated 23.04.2007 rendered in O.S.No.367 of 1999 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin, by allowing this second appeal.
