O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call the records pertaining to Crime No.51 of 2023 on the file of respondent Police and quash the same.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by one Nagarajan, a case in Crime No.51 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC against the petitioner and another.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, in C.C.No.1506 of 2022.
4. In view of the above said development, the matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
