O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the foisted complaint of the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/Husband filed H.M.O.P.No.56 of 2021 before the Sub Court, Sivakasi, against the third respondent/wife and the same was allowed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
