This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2019 and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.11.2019, enquiry was conducted by the respondent on 12.12.2019. The petitioner has appeared before the third respondent police and had represented that no further proceedings is required based on her complaint dated 19.11.2019.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Further if there is any life threat to the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to approach the Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District.
