Heard Mr.N.Tamilmani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2.This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the retainer fee to the petitioner for the period from 01.09.2017 to 18.02.2019. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing toady, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the cheque for the amount of Rs.87,120/-, which is drawn in favour of the petitioner, after deducting the TDS amount.
