This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 his subordinates, servants and men from harassing the petitioner and her family members or in any way to interfere the civil matter and compel the petitioner to vacate her house situated in Old.No.65/1, New No.20E, Bangalappa Nagar 2nd St, Melapalayam, Tirunelveli City.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that dispute is pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent with regard to the possession of house. She would further submit that the respondent police are not interfering the dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the aforesaid statement, the instant Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
