ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order of the trial Court, reducing the upset price fixed for the property to be brought on recovery to satisfy the decree amount.

2.Admittedly, the revision petitioner is a judgment debtor and he has to satisfy the decree. In view of the above, the revision petitioner is directed to deposit the decree amount on or before 13.03.2020. Till such time, the trial Court shall not proceed with the execution proceedings. In the event of noncompliance of this order, the trial Court shall straightaway proceed with the execution proceedings as per law.

3.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
