[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2.This Hebeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 30 days without escort to the detenu, Syed Ali S/o Kaja Maideen aged about 45 years, life convict prisoner, bearing Convict No.603 detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing the order of the Deputy Inspector General of Prison, Madurai Range, Madurai, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.09.2019, has been rejected. The rejection order has been placed for perusal of this Court.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1294 of 2019 4.In the light of the above fact, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if she so advised.
