ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.17084 of 2018 dated 01.08.2018.

2. Since the petitioner's representation has already been considered by the respondent through an order dated 08.11.2018, it cannot be said that the earlier orders of this Court dated 01.08.2018 passed in W.P(MD)No.17084 of 2018 has been disobeyed, which could amount to willful disobedience. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection of his request to grant patta for the subject lands, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 08.11.2018 in a manner known to law.
