Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The writ petitioner had already filed O.S.No.178 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai. The issues raised in this writ petition can as well be canvassed in the pending civil suit itself as factual aspects are involved.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedy in the pending civil suit, this writ petition stands disposed of. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
