RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.17248 of 2022 by the order dated 27.09.2022 to appear the Petitioner before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 PM until further orders and pass such further order. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VETRIVEL B, Advocate for the petitioner and of A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17248 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., & 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions regularly and now, charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.14917 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.17248 of 2022 dated 27.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, on all working days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter, appear on the date fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
