When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Writ Petition has been filed against an interlocutory order passed in I.D.No.25 of 2008 and subsequent to the filing the present Writ Petition, the main ID itself was disposed of by the order dated 01.10.2024.

2. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
