RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18878 of 2022 dated 22.10.2022 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18878 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the concerned trial Court on all working days daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.14921 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18878 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
