For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No. 23 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 498(A), 406, 294 (b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.23 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioners' counsel on instructions gives an undertaking that the first petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- as monthly maintenance in the bank account of the defacto complainant. The liability of the first petitioner will commence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.18329 of 2019 from the next month onwards. The amount will have to be deposited on or before 10th of every month. It is only an interim arrangement and it will abide by any final order that may be passed by the jurisdictional Civil Court or Family Court. If this condition is breached, this order would stand cancelled and the petitioners will be remanded to judicial custody.

4. Recording the same, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
