ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 75(2), 351(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.25 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner molested the prosecutrix, who is aged 70 years, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
