Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19376 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19376 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day & third Saturday of every month https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.14915 of 2022 at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
