PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 118 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and he is in judicial custody from November 2022 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 120(B),147,148,341,302 r/w.149 of IPC in Crime No.118 of 2022 , on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that earlier the petitioner was arrested and released on bail and he was regularly appearing before the trial Court without fail . While so the petitioner was arrested by Erode Police station for some other case and he was unable to appear before the trial Court hence the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V has issued P.T.Warrant against the petitioner and he is in jail from November 2022 onwards, hence he seek bail. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would contend that in this case P.W.1 to P.W.3 were examined and they have deposed against the petitioner, hence, he strongly objected to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. It is not in dispute that in this case evidence has been recorded and P.W.1 to P.W.3 have deposed as against the petitioner and this Court finds no merit in this petition to release the petitioner on bail.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
