Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAVEEN KUMAR P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition had been filed seeking to modify the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19656 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022 as surrender and produce before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur or any other Court instead of appear and produce sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the averments in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19656 of 2022, dated, 07.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and execute a bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, and the time is extended https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.14940 of 2022 for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
