Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. She alleges that the private respondents herein (respondents 3 to 5) had illegally taken custody of the child.

3.Following the steps taken by the second respondent, the child has since been restored to the petitioner's custody. Nothing further survives for adjudication in this habeas corpus petition. 2/4
