Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHARAJA M, Advocate for the petitioner and of A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18812 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.14924 of 2022 regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18812 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first & third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
