C.M.P.(MD).No.5222 of 2025 in CMA.(MD).SR.No.77159 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.J., AND K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN.J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 143 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 31.01.2023 passed in MCOP.No.562 of 2017 on the file of the Special Subordinate Court (to deal with MCOP Cases) (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dindigul and take the appeal into file.

2. Paper publication has been effected for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and proof of service has been filed and the name of respondent Nos.1 and 2 has also been printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
