ORDER
These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 303 and 362 days, respectively in filing the above Writ Appeals.
2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent in both petitions.
