O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.294 of 2022 dated 12.08.2022. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by him a case in Crime No. 294 of 2022 has been registered for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 against the accused persons. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no progress has been made.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation will be completed as early as possible and the final report will be filed within a period of three months.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned trial Court within a period of three months.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
