ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to direct the first respondent to change the investigation in Crime No. 105 of 2019 dated 23.04.2019 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18625 of 2019 complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Further Action dropped '.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner being the victim has not been served with final report.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the respondent police is directed to serve copy of final report to the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the final report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
