ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in connection with Crime No.263 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already completed the investigation and that they are going to file a charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
