CRL MP(MD) No.11439 of 2019 This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.35406 of 2019 as against the order passed by the respondent No.1 in M.C.No.A2/182/2019, dated 10.06.2019. 2.Heard both side.
3.Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has strong objection for allowing this petition.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.7,00/- (Rupees Seven hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
