O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is facing the proceedings for divorce under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court, Sivagangai, seeks transfer of the said proceedings to Family Court, Madurai on the ground of convenience.

2. It is claimed by her that she is also taking care of her two minor children aged about 6 and 2 years respectively. Considering the convenience of the petitioner/wife and the fact that she is to take care of the two minor children, I am of the considered opinion that the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2019 can be transferred to the file of Principal Sub Court, Madurai for disposal in accordance with law. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transferred to the file of Principal Sub Court, Madurai. The Family Court, Sivagangai is directed to transmit the papers to the Principal Sub Court, Madurai forthwith. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
