ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Patta in respect of the land stands in the name of the petitioner. The third respondent, who is non other than the petitioner's brother is only an agreement holder. The third respondent has filed a suit for specific performance. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has applied to TANGEDCO for grant of electricity service connection under 'Thakkal Scheme'.

3.Pendency of the suit need not come in the way of accepting the petitioner's request. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to accept the petitioner's application and provide free electricity service connection for the Well situate in the petition mentioned survey number subject to seniority and other norms.
