ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press his case in respect of Document No.1692 of 2012 registered on the file of the second respondent. He states that he will workout his remedy before the jurisdictional civil Court.

3. In respect of the other two documents, the learned counsel would again state that he would seek remedy in terms of the circulars issued by the Inspector General of Registration and not under 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908.

4. The first respondent is directed to hold enquiry in terms of the circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration in the year 2/4

2017-2018 in respect of fraudulent documents. The first respondent is directed to hold enquiry and pass order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent herein to pass order one way or the other.

5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
