2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report is also made ready on 23.05.2023 and it will be presented before the concerned Court after completing official formalities.

3.The respondent police is directed after completing the official formalities, shall file final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.In view of the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
