This appeal is filed as against the order dated 15.12.2022 passed in STC No.556 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukottai. The appellant has filed the above compalint in STC No.556 of 2016 under Section 138 NI Act as against the respondent / accused. The trial Court by its judgment dated 15.12.2022 dismissed the complaint of the appellant. Challenging the same, this criminal appeal is filed. 2.When this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent / accused died.
