(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct proper enquiry and cancel the work order issued for the construction of public toilet or hall in S.No.F/107, measuring to an extent of 1.750 cents, situated at Colachel "A" Village, Kanyakumari District, within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2022 is considered and disposed of within a time frame, for which, learned Government Pleader is agreeable.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2022, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
