ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfering the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent based on petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has trespassed into the temple and hence, the third respondent/Trustee of the temple has lodged a complaint and on that basis, CSR came to be registered, that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same is pending in current paper and that after enquiry, both the CSR and current paper were ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
