PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue direction directing the Respondents 1 to 3, particularly the 3rd respondent to 1/4
provide Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the 4th respondent.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 to 3, particularly the 3rd respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the 4th respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.1,64,000/- from the fourth respondent, that was also repaid along with interest. In spite of that he is making heavy demand of interest. Over which, the representation has been made. 3.The issue between the parties is over money transaction, for which, absolutely, there is no necessity for giving police protection. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
